The RSH-HYDRO is a stone burier designed for compact machines (Skid-Steer Loaders), ideal to be used in confined spaces where tractors with mechanical PTOs cannot operate.
Its compact dimensions and reduced weight make it perfect for the construction and renovation of green areas, even on difficult or uneven terrain. The frame is built from high-strength materials, ensuring robustness and durability, even for heavy-duty applications.
A distinctive feature of the RSH-HYDRO is its ability to bury stones, rubble, and debris while simultaneously levelling the soil, making it ideal for preparing surfaces for lawn seeding or creating green spaces.
Despite being extremely compact and lightweight, the RSH-Hydro offers a surprising ability to bury large stones, delivering
efficiency and high performance, making it the ideal tool for professionals working in restricted spaces.

The choice of the rotor
Rotostone rotor:
The Rotostone rotor is the ideal solution for working stony soils, thanks to its spade-shaped hoes and reverse rotation with respect to the tractor’s forward movement. This system lifts and separates stones, hard clods, and plant residues, projecting them onto a selection grill that deposits them deeper into the soil, while the finely tilled soil remains on the surface, ready for sowing. The hoes can handle even large stones, ensuring a clean, well-drained seedbed ideal for high-quality crops. Robust and versatile, the Rotostone guarantees excellent performance even on challenging soils, making it a reliable ally for every agronomic need.
Material S700
The S700 symbol identifies the use of high-strength structural steel with a yield strength ≥700 MPa, ideal for components subject to heavy loads. It features high resistance to impact and wear, as well as excellent weldability, making it particularly suitable for demanding applications on stone buriers, bed former shapers, and heavy-duty agricultural machinery. The use of S700 also allows for a reduction in overall weight, improving performance, efficiency, and long-term reliability.
High ground clearance under frame
Machines bearing this label are designed with a wide clearance under the frame, allowing large stones to pass through easily, preventing blockages and ensuring a constant soil flow. Ideal for stony or wet soils, this configuration reduces material build-up between the rotor and the structure, enhancing operational continuity, productivity, and working quality even in the most demanding conditions.
Vibrating selection grill
Machines marked with this label are equipped with an independent vibrating selection grill, designed to separate stones by channeling them downward while allowing only fine soil to pass through. The dual-spring curl system ensures continuous vibration, preventing build-up and clogging, and delivering smooth, high-quality soil processing even in challenging conditions. On certain models, the working angle is adjustable to optimize performance and reduce power absorption.
Double flange
All machines bearing this label are equipped with a double flange, which enhances the strength of the connection between the blades and the rotor, improving resistance during the most demanding operations. This system reduces the risk of bolt breakage, ensuring greater robustness and operational continuity. Especially suitable for tough soils with significant obstacles, this solution increases machine reliability, reduces unexpected downtime, and extends component lifespan.
Spherical roller bearings
Machines marked with this label are equipped with spherical roller bearings, mounted on hubs and rotor supports. Designed to withstand high radial and axial loads, they provide greater reliability and durability even under heavy-duty conditions. Compared to tapered bearings, they offer 30% higher resistance and, thanks to their self-aligning capability, ensure operational stability and simplified installation without the need for preloading. A technical solution that improves work continuity and reduces machine downtime.
ASA HE chain side transmission
The ASA HE chain transmission uses reinforced roller chains with heat-treated, induction-hardened pins to ensure greater fatigue resistance and tensile strength. Ideal for heavy-duty applications and intensive work cycles, such as on heavy machinery and conveyors, this solution offers superior reliability, toughness, and durability compared to standard chains.
Welded steel housing
Machines with this label are equipped with a high-strength welded steel housing, serving both as protection and structural support for the chain transmission. The welded construction eliminates weak points, increasing lateral rigidity and durability even under heavy-duty working conditions. The cover, fitted with a Flexoil seal, ensures proper lubricant containment and protects it from dust and external agents, guaranteeing long-term efficiency and reliability.

EXPANDED METAL ROLLER
The expanded metal roller is designed for seedbed preparation on light and dry soils, particularly suitable for lawns, gardens, and horticultural crops. Its lattice structure levels the soil without excessive compaction, leaving a slightly uneven surface that helps retain seeds in the event of rainfall. After passing, the soil remains soft on the surface and firm in depth, an ideal condition for uniform germination and better moisture conservation. Working depth is adjustable, either manually or hydraulically, to adapt precisely to every agronomic context.
SMOOTH ROLLER
The smooth roller ensures even compaction and precise levelling, making it ideal for vegetable sowing and plastic mulch laying. It improves transplanting efficiency, reduces evaporation, and creates a uniform surface ready for use. Working depth is adjustable, either manually or hydraulically, to adapt precisely to every agronomic context.
PACKER ROLLER
The packer roller ensures optimal seedbed preparation by combining uniform compaction, soil refinement, and operational stability. Ideal for light to medium soils, it enhances soil structure and water retention. Its wide contact surface provides stable support for the machine, while the triangular teeth effectively break surface crusts, facilitating drainage. The roller cleaner with individually adjustable steel scrapers prevents clogging, even in moist conditions. Working depth is adjustable, either manually or hydraulically, to adapt precisely to every agronomic context.
