The DRC model is a double rotor bed former shaper designed for intensive soil preparation and is equipped with a reinforced transmission compared to the DRL version, making it suitable for more demanding working conditions. The front rotor, fitted with special blades, works deep into the soil without altering its natural structure, promoting better absorption of water and nutrients. The rear counter-rotating rotor with steel teeth refines the topsoil, levels the surface, and redirects larger clods back
to the front rotor for a second pass, ensuring a uniform texture and optimal seedbed. The combined action of the rotors results in a soft, aerated, non-compacted soil structure, which improves root development and crop growth. The DRC can be configured with bed-forming shaper kits, rear rollers, seed drill supports, and mulching kits, offering maximum flexibility and performance to meet the needs of both farmers and contractors.

Its aggressive yet controlled action is ensured by sharp, angled hoe blades with a blade-like geometry, which break clods into fine, uniform particles, creating even and high-performing seedbeds. Thanks to its exclusive design, Frangiter optimizes power transmission to the ground, reducing the load on the tractor. The result is outstanding operational efficiency, with low energy consumption and reduced machine wear. The angled flanges, engineered for optimal soil flow, prevent material buildup even in high-moisture conditions, maintaining consistent working depth and soil refinement quality – even in the most challenging soils.
